| Hardback in Good condition in a Good Dust Jacket. The book in blue cloth has silver lettering across spine, and front board. Inscription in ink on front paste-down - 'To the St. Joseph's Heart Hospital'. Light wear along bottom edges of boards. The Dust jacket, clipped, has 5cm tear in the back edge of spine from top, piece missing from top of spine, also piece missing from base of spine, several nicks in cover edges top/bottom, piece missing bottom of front cover by flap, and piece missing top of flap on back cover.
